As every project is unique, so is every print solution. Our final product for the French champagne brand, Veuve Clicquot, was no exception.
The vision Cassette set out to create was entirely original: limited edition, branded and individually printed wooden Chinese fortune-sticks, for bespoke promotion of Veuve Clicquot at Madam Woo restaurants across New Zealand.
As this was a completely new concept for the NZ market, it came with a singular set of challenges.
To begin with, we had to take a vague and complex concept, centred on the idea of a traditional Chinese fortune-stick, and turn it into something real.
Our next challenge was sourcing a local supplier that was capable of cutting and engraving the sticks. Drawing on our extensive network, we managed to find the perfect print supplier for the project.
When it came to devising customised containers for the fortune-sticks, we used initiative and out-of-the-box thinking to come up with a solution that stayed within budget and produced the look we wanted – repurposing existing containers to keep costs down and wrapping them in a high-end printed fabric.
Our print solutions are anything but ordinary
Taking care of the entire print process, we delivered 200 custom engraved fortune-sticks – each with their own individual fortune – presented in 5 customised containers. We also supplied print collateral to boost the campaign.
